Aurora enter VALORANT with Derke , Boo and trexx in new EMEA roster

Aurora Gaming have entered VALORANT with a five-player roster featuring Derke , Boo , trexx , B1SK and chiwa .

The Team will compete through EMEA’s open qualifiers, bringing established international experience into the qualifying circuit.

Derke and Boo headline the lineup

Derke joins after competing for Fnatic and Team Vitality , with two international titles among his achievements. The move reunites him with former Vitality teammate trexx .

Boo arrives after four seasons with Team Heretics , where he served as an in-game leader and Controller player. His experience gives Aurora an established leadership option alongside Derke ’s attacking FiRePOWER .

B1SK and chiwa complete the lineup, joining three players with substantial experience at the highest level of EMEA competition.

Roster assembled close to registration deadline

Aurora chief executive Adalyat Mamedov said the project came together within days, with negotiations completed and contracts signed shortly before the qualifier registration deadline.

Although Mamedov referenced securing a coach during that process, the coach’s identity had not been publicly revealed when the report WaS published.

For Aurora , already active in games including Counter- strike 2 and Apex Legends, the signing establishes an ambitious VALORANT project with qualification as its immediate competitive objective.
