Paper Rex become first VCT team to record every possible international placement

Paper Rex have become the first organization to finish in every possible placement category at international VALORANT Champions Tour tournaments.

The milestone was completed after the team's 1–2 defeat against T1 at VALORANT Champions 2026, which resulted in a joint seventh–eighth-place finish.

Paper Rex complete unusual international record

The Singaporean organization has experienced nearly every outcome possible across its appearances at Masters, Champions and LOCK//IN tournaments.

Its international results include the Masters Toronto 2025 championship and runner-up finishes at Masters Copenhagen 2022, Champions Los Angeles 2023, Masters Santiago 2026 and Masters London 2026.

Paper Rex have also finished third at Masters Tokyo 2023 and Masters Madrid 2024, and fourth at Masters Reykjavík 2022 and Champions Paris 2025.

Their other finishes include fifth–sixth at Masters Shanghai 2024, ninth–12th at Champions Istanbul 2022 and Champions seoul 2024, 13th–16th at Masters BerLIN 2021 and 17th–32nd at LOCK//IN São Paulo 2023.

Shanghai completes the record

The seventh–eighth-place finish at Champions Shanghai filled the final missing placement category.

Paper Rex had entered Champions after reaching the finals of both Masters tournaments earlier in 2026, but their campaign ended following defeats against LOUD and T1 during the playoffs.

Despite the disappointing finish, the organization completed a unique statistical milestone reflecting its long history of international competition.
