Asuna named VCT Americas Stage 2 MVP after 100 Thieves championship

Peter " Asuna " Mazuryk has been named BO3's MVP of VCT 2026: Americas Stage 2 after helping 100 Thieves capture the regional championship.

Asuna finished the tournament with the highest average combat score among all players and delivered several of his strongest performances during 100T's title run.

Asuna leads tournament in ACS

Across 21 maps, Asuna averaged:

• 244 ACS

• 0.83 kills per round

• 0.68 deaths per round

• 1.22 K/D

• 160.55 average damage per round

His 244 ACS was the highest mark of the tournament.

LOUD 's lukxo finished closest to him statistically with 238 ACS, while recording stronger kills-per-round and K/D numbers across a larger 31-map sample.

Asuna nevertheless held the advantage in overall combat score and damage output.

Major impact during undefeated playoff run

100 Thieves entered the postseason after finishing first in Group OMEGA with a 4–1 series record.

They then swept Leviatán 2:0 before defeating NRG 2:0 in the upper-bracket final.

That sent 100T directly into the championship match without dropping a playoff map.

Asuna remained one of the team's most consistent damage dealers throughout the run.

Asuna delivers when 100T need him most

The grand final against LOUD provided the strongest argument for his MVP selection.

After LOUD won Split, 100 Thieves responded on Sunset before facing a huge 10:2 halftime deficit on Ascent.

Asuna recorded 28 kills as 100T completed the comeback and won Ascent 14:12 in overtime.

LOUD then crushed 100 Thieves 13:1 on Summit to force a final map.

Asuna recovered immediately.

He finished Haven with 23 kills and helped 100 Thieves secure another 14:12 overtime victory to claim the championship.

lukxo and brawk earn EVP recognition

lukxo was BO3's closest challenger for the MVP award.

The LOUD player averaged 238 ACS, 0.88 kills per round and 154.25 damage per round across 31 maps.

NRG's brawk was also selected as an EVP after recording 216 ACS and helping NRG finish third.

Asuna ultimately separated himself through the combination of tournament-leading ACS, damage output, playoff impact and 100 Thieves ' championship victory.
