Trexx Joins Team Liquid

Team Liquid has officially announced the signing of Nikita "trexx" Cherednichenko. He will replace Mikail "Serial" Zhdanov, whose departure was officially announced on July 11. The organization shared this news on their social media, stating that the starting lineup is awaiting approval from Riot Games.

Trexx is a player who previously competed for Team Vitality . With this team, he secured 4th place at VALORANT Masters Bangkok 2025 and 9-12th place at VALORANT Champions 2024 and other international events. Before joining Team Liquid , trexx was inactive with Vitality from March to July due to disagreements within the team. 

Serial was part of Team Liquid from March to July. During this period, he helped the team qualify for VALORANT Masters Toronto 2025, where they finished 9-10th. There is currently no official information about where the Latvian player will continue his career.

The next match for Team Liquid will be against MKOI on July 17 as part of VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2, which will take place from July 16 to September 1. In this event, 12 partner teams will compete for 2 slots at VALORANT Champions 2025 and a prize pool of $250,000.
