ZETA DIVISION end losing streak, T1 take down NS – VCT 2025: Pacific Stage 1
On March 29, ZETA DIVISION claimed their first win in the Valorant Champions Tour by defeating Team Secret during the group stage of VCT 2025: Pacific Stage 1. Meanwhile, T1 continued their regional dominance with a victory over NS.
ZETA DIVISION vs Team Secret
The day kicked off with a clash between ZETA DIVISION , who were on a 264-day losing streak, and Team Secret , whose own drought had lasted 259 days. One team had to break the curse, and it was ZETA DIVISION who did it, securing a hard-fought 2:0 win (Lotus 13:11, Icebox 13:10).
T1 vs Nongshim RedForce
Nongshim RedForce put up a solid fight against T1 , currently regarded as one of the strongest teams in the world following their Masters Bangkok 2025 win. Despite the 2:0 scoreline in favor of T1 , NS managed to grab 10 rounds on T1 ’s pick (Icebox 13:10) and nearly closed out their own map after a painful comeback loss from 8:4 to 11:13. The MVP of the match was Meteor from T1 , who racked up 40 kills across both maps.
VCT 2025: Pacific Stage 1 runs from March 22 to May 11. Twelve partnered teams are battling for three spots at VCT 2025: Masters Toronto and valuable Pacific Points needed to qualify for Champions 2025. More results and upcoming match schedules can be found via the provided link.
