something returns to roots

A few days earlier at VCT: Pacific 2024 Stage 2, an exciting match unfolded between  Talon Esports  and  Paper Rex , ending with a 2-0 victory in favor of the latter. During the post-match press conference, a player from Paper Rex known as " something " shared crucial details about his performance.

The match against Gen.G proved challenging for  something , resulting in 18 kills and 33 deaths. However, in the final match, he showcased impressive gameplay with 36 kills and 15 deaths. When asked by journalists about his success, he explained:

I reverted my mouse sensitivity to 0.7, the setting I used in last year's world tournaments.

 

something  is known for his preference for high mouse sensitivity, but in a recent interview, he admitted gradually lowering this setting for greater game stability.

It's worth noting that during the Japan leg of the tournament,  something  used DPI800 settings and a mouse sensitivity of 0.875.
