KRU Esports suffered their second defeat, while MIBR has yet to win a single match - Results from Americas Stage 2

Yesterday, two matches took place during the group stage of VCT 2024 Americas Stage 2, and we'll tell you about the results below.

In the first match, there was a clash between  MIBR  and  100 Thieves . Although the latter team is not considered a tournament favorite, the representatives from Brazil failed to win. In the second match, we saw KRÜ Esports face NRG. Even though the Argentine representatives were expected to be stronger, NRG managed to secure a hard-fought victory. After three maps, Split 8-13, Ascent 13-8, and Sunset 13-7, the team emerged victorious in the match and moved up to the 8th position in the standings with an overall score of 4-5.

The Valorant Champions Tour 2024: Americas League - Stage 2 runs from June 22 to July 21, 2024, in a LAN format at the Riot Games Arena. Eleven partner teams are competing for three direct invitations to the upcoming world championship, as well as Americas Points, which are also necessary for championship qualification.
