Don't Have Idols, SRG Yums Become Great Because of Hard Training
Selangor Red Giants or SRG officially emerged as champions at the 2024 MSC event this time, after defeating Falcons AP BRen with a score of 4-3, in a fierce match.
Although all eyes are on the game of Selangor Red Giants Jungler, Sekys , however, Yums' role as a Roamer who covers the entire area cannot be ignored.
Several times he was caught on camera making saves for his teammates, by providing heals through Minotaur's skill 2, when Selangor Red Giants were outplayed by Falcons AP Bren.
Because of this, he is often used as a role model by many Roamer players in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang universe. So, who is SRG Yums' role model or idol?
Admitting to Not Having an Idol, Yums Focuses on Training Hard
When asked about Roamer role models whose gameplay he pays special attention to, SRG Yums admitted that he doesn't have any role models or idols.
He said that he only focused on training hard, to be the best, and to reach a point that most people can only dream of.
Furthermore, if we look at the gameplay he showed, it is indeed in line with his words. Not without reason, this can happen because of the macro and micro techniques that Yums has, not possessed by most Roamers out there.
We can see that if he has a role model or someone to imitate, then more or less the gameplay he shows will be similar, or even exactly the same.
"I don't have any idols or role models. I just worked hard to get to this point," he said frankly.
Yums is also often referred to as the "Kryptonite" of the Fnatic ONIC team. Not without reason, because, during his time wearing the Todak uniform until SRG, he has never lost at all, against the team nicknamed the Sky King.
Yums is a real example of a proverb that says that hard work will not betray the results. What he has achieved today is the fruit of his hard work.
