Zaya's explanation of why he parted ways with RRQ

Bad news came from the RRQ team, on the evening of June 23 2024, they officially announced that from then on the king had ended the services of his previous coach, Zaya.

Indonesian MLBB fans are certainly familiar with the figure of Zaya, a coach from Myanmar who was recruited by RRQ approximately 8 months ago, a person who is full of potential and loves to be creative.

This season his name has skyrocketed, remembering how he was the one who stepped onto the stage as the main coach, when other people had given up on RRQ, Zaya still persisted and tried to reach the best position.

Through a YouTube video entitled " THANK YOU ZAYA! ”, RRQ gave Zaya the opportunity to give a few words about how he was at RRQ, his messages, impressions and reasons for parting ways.

Self-introspection is a factor in Zaya's separation from RRQ

Through this approximately 9 minute video, Zaya explained what was actually the reason he parted ways with RRQ.

Through his words, you could say that the factor that pushed him was the result of his introspection which showed that he had to rest.

Zaya felt that he had lost something in season 13 which meant that if he continued his story at RRQ, the result would still be the same.

" Sometimes we can't keep repeating something, if you feel you are missing something, stop, take time to rest, step back first, " said Zaya.

The trainer from Myanmar felt that he didn't know who he was, he seemed to have lost his way of training.

He continued by saying that next season will be his time to rest and look for a new identity again, perhaps he will return next season.

" After this season I feel lost, after this I just want to find myself and after that I will come back again, I don't think I'm ready to fight next season, " continued Zaya.

Zaya emphasized that his departure was not due to incompatibility with someone at RRQ, it was all purely the result of his introspection.

He also thanked everyone who worked with him at RRQ, including his CEO, AP.

" (I left) not because of anyone, I really enjoyed working with everyone, thank you Mr. AP ," explained Zaya.

Zaya may have shortcomings that make RRQ less than optimal, but we must not forget how he continued to survive when the team was hit by problems.

It's a shame to see Zaya part ways with RRQ, but what can I say, the team has made a decision, we can only hope for the best for all parties.
