MLBB PH players playing in other countries?

MLBB PH players playing in other countries in the competitive scene has become commonplace in the past two years. As the Philippines is considered the strongest mecca for MLBB, this is happening more and more often.

The Philippines' dominance in the world MLBB scene can already be seen. The biggest MLBB tournament, M Series, was dominated by them from M2 to M5. Indonesia has only managed to win once in the first series on M1.

The Philippines' consistency and quality in the MLBB scene deserves a thumbs up. No wonder, PH players are considered a guarantee of a team's success. Evidently, this happened in MPL ID S12. The two teams that played in the grand final and qualified for M5 were two teams with Filipino players in them.

Onic Esports has Kairi and Coach Yeb, while Geek Fam has Baloyskie and Markyyyyy . This proves the big influence of PH players in Indonesia. Not only Indonesia, Malaysia and Cambodia also succeeded in bringing in Filipino players, and they also became successful in their respective regional tournaments.

This is certain to continue next year. RRQ just brought in two Filipino players at once, namely Brusko and Irrad . And it is very likely that other Indonesian teams in MPL ID will follow.

In the middle of the M5 World Championship last weekend, Marlon Marcelo as Executive Director of the Philippines Esports Federation answered a question about this.

The PH Federation apparently supports and even helps its players to be able to work in other countries and get something they want.

"We are aware of the situation and are helping these athletes before they actually leave and have a career in another country," he said in response to RevivalTV's questions at a press conference.

“We are working with the Department of Immigration Workers to let them know what could happen if they move to another country.”

“Ultimately we cannot stop players if we see a greater opportunity for them to move from the Philippines to another country. "But, we will give them guidance, especially regarding contracts, culture, what they can expect professionally."

“Because they are young and just want to play. But if you sign a contract, it means there is a responsibility to do things like a professional player.”

“We also help them complete all their needs. Because before actually flying to another country, a lot of documents have to be completed. "From the federation side, we help ensure that these young players get everything they need and don't get into trouble before going to work in other countries," he concluded.
