Karmine Corp sweep MVK to reach Worlds 2026 Play-In final
Karmine Corp defeated MVK Esports 3–0 in the Worlds 2026 Play-In upper-bracket final, moving within one series victory of the Swiss Stage.
The result sent MVK into the lower-bracket final while allowing KC to advance unbeaten through their first two Play-In series.
KC followed their opening victory over Cloud9 with a straight-games win against the Vietnamese representatives. The decisive third game ended through a backdoor by mid laner kyeahoo , completing the sweep.
The victory secured KC a place in the Play-In qualifying final, where they would face the surviving team from the lower bracket.
Swiss qualification still to be decided
Despite winning both of their opening series, KC still needed one more best-of-five victory to qualify. The four-team Play-In awards a single place in the Worlds Swiss Stage.
