League Classic receives another major update

The second League Classic update brings a large selection of champion and item balance changes alongside faster progression, cheaper runes, additional Rune Pages, visual improvements to Summoner's Rift, and new champion-select features.

Players will also be able to participate in the first Council vote.

Among the more notable champion adjustments, Ahri receives reductions to her health and regeneration, while Annie gains stronger damage and a longer stun.

Ashe's Volley gains additional damage and range, while Blitzcrank sees Rocket Grab's range reduced from 1080 to 1050 and its mana cost increased from 120 to 140.

Dr. Mundo receives higher starting health and attack speed, while Evelynn's mana regeneration, Hate Spike damage, projectile speed, and Dark Frenzy are weakened.

Ezreal's Mystic Shot total AD ratio drops from 120% to 110%, with its range reduced from 1200 to 1100. His Trueshot Barrage AP ratio, however, rises from 70% to 100%.

Garen receives buffs to attack damage, armor growth, Courage, and Judgment, while Gragas takes cooldown and damage nerfs across several abilities.

Lux receives improved attack speed scaling, a larger Lucent Singularity radius, and several quality-of-life improvements to Prismatic Barrier and Final Spark.

Miss Fortune gains additional movement speed and stronger damage across Double Up, Make It Rain, and Bullet Time.

Tryndamere receives significant reductions to his regeneration and critical strike potential, while Undying Rage's cooldown increases.

League Classic item and progression changes

Innervating Locket becomes substantially cheaper while gaining additional health and cooldown reduction.

  • Total cost: 2650 ⇒ 2250 gold

  • Health: 430 ⇒ 500

  • Cooldown Reduction: 0% ⇒ 10%

Wriggle's Lantern and Feral Flare now build from Madred's Razors and Recurve Bow instead of Vampiric Scepter. Their attack damage is removed in exchange for 30% attack speed.

  • Influence Points earned per match will more than double

  • Classic XP earned per match will double

Champion swapping is also being introduced during the build-selection stage, while players will be able to swap their champion pick order without changing assigned lanes.

ARAM: Mayhem changes

ARAM: Mayhem receives another round of augment adjustments, including two new fighter-focused options.

Ultra Hydra introduces a quest requiring Titanic Hydra, Ravenous Hydra, and Profane Hydra, rewarding players with Ultra Hydra after completing the requirements.

Upgraded Death's Dance grants 250 gold, delays 40/15% of incoming damage over 3 seconds, and allows takedowns to immediately restore health equal to 125% of bonus AD.

Other changes include:

  • Two for One moved from Gold to Prismatic

  • Triple Shot now prioritizes enemies near the primary target

Riot is continuing to rebalance Arena, with future Arena updates planned for every odd-numbered League of Legends patch.

Ambessa receives nerfs to Lacerate and Public Execution, while Garen , Gragas, K'Sante, Kled, LeBlanc, Renekton, Senna, Tahm Kench, and Teemo receive improvements.

Arena items also receive balance changes, including buffs to Lord Dominik's Regards, Death Herald, Serylda's Grudge, and Sword of the Shining Dawn.

System and bug fixes

Patch 26.17 also updates League of Legends' minimum and recommended macOS system requirements.

The general bug-fix list addresses several champion and gameplay issues, including Jayce's EQ damage display, Diana's E dash speed, Akali's E range, Vladimir's passive interaction with rune-granted Ability Power, and a rare issue preventing junglers from purchasing starting items in Custom Games.

League Classic also receives an extensive separate collection of fixes covering champions, items, tooltips, map visuals, runes, and client behavior.
