Team Liquid Eliminate Karmine Corp from MSI 2026 Play-In

Team Liquid have eliminated Karmine Corp from the Mid-Season Invitational 2026 after winning 3-0 in the Play-In lower bracket final.

The victory keeps Team Liquid alive in the tournament and sends them to the final Play-In match, while Karmine Corp ’s MSI 2026 campaign has come to an end.

Team Liquid controlled the series from start to finish. They took the opening game comfortably before continuing their strong form in Games 2 and 3.

Karmine Corp struggled to respond to Team Liquid ’s objective control and coordinated teamfighting, allowing the LCS side to complete another clean sweep and move one step closer to the Bracket Stage.

Quid was named MVP of the series after an outstanding performance from the mid lane. He finished with average stats of 10.3 kills, 2.0 deaths and 7.3 assists, along with 72.9% kill participation and 23.7K average damage.

Quid also dealt the highest damage of any player in the series, playing a key role in Team Liquid ’s dominant victory.

The MSI 2026 Play-In Stage will continue on July 1 with the final Play-In match. Team Liquid will face T1 for the last remaining spot in the Bracket Stage.

MSI 2026 Play-In Stage runs from June 28 to July 1. Four teams compete in a double-elimination bracket, with only one team advancing to the Bracket Stage. All matches are played as best-of-five series using Fearless Draft.
