In a 4v4 top lane skirmish, Easylove's Jhin provided cover for Kiaya's Rumble to secure a double kill. Meanwhile, Emo interrupted Summit's teleport in the bot lane jungle and dueled him to low health, allowing GAM to secure the Baron and extend their gold lead to 7k.
In the late game, GAM pushed down mid lane. Oddie's Jarvan traded his life for Emo, but R7 was already on the back foot. GAM pushed through and destroyed R7's base, sweeping them to advance to the Swiss round. R7 dropped to the loser's bracket to face the winner of VKE and PNG.
