LoL test server update Lethal Tempo: No longer provides attack range, provides damage based on attack speed

Lethal Tempo

When attacking enemy champions, you gain a [5% melee || 4% ranged] attack speed bonus for 6 seconds, stacking up to 6 times.

At full stacks, attacks also deal [9-30 (melee) || 6-24 (ranged)] additional adaptive damage, with each 1% extra attack speed increasing damage by 1%.

Lethal Tempo now also tracks how many basic attacks you have made within 0.25 seconds of your last attack while attacking enemy champions.
