Q: How do you feel about winning the match?

Peyz : Although there were mistakes in today's match, we also learned a lot. Plus, we set a record, so it feels really good.

Q: Are you satisfied with today's performance?

Peyz : At least during the laning phase, I was very satisfied, but we played poorly during the lane swap in the first game, so we need to watch the replay and think about it more. In the second game, I wanted to show more, but things didn't go as planned, so I felt a bit disappointed.

Q: Do you feel that although you've grown, you haven't had enough opportunities to showcase it?

Peyz : Yes, I think so.

Q: The level 1 fight in the second game was intense, what are your thoughts?

Peyz : Actually, it was just a skill showdown. If you dodge Ezreal's Q, it's fine, but if you get hit, it feels like you're going to lose. I felt confident at the time, so I went for it, and luckily it turned out well.

Q: What are your unique techniques for dodging Ezreal's skills?

Peyz : I dodge by watching and also using mind games. I think my micro-movements are good, so I dodged well. Also, getting hit by Ezreal's skills hurts a lot, so I try to dodge as much as possible.

Q: What are your tips for accurately hitting Ezreal's Q skill?

Peyz : I'm not particularly good at hitting Q, I use it quite normally. But if I have to say, I don't use Q at max range. Considering Ezreal has his E skill, I try to narrow the angle, which seems to make it easier to hit. Also, considering the opponent's movement patterns seems to help.

Q: Are you good at analyzing your opponent's movement patterns?

Peyz : Actually, it's more about feeling. For example, when I use Q, if the opponent often moves down to dodge, I try to aim downwards. If the opponent tries to dodge upwards, I aim upwards. It feels like a rock-paper-scissors game, so I think using it at a narrower angle is better.

Q: Your performance in team fights was impressive, walking a tightrope?

Peyz : Mainly because I was well-fed, so it felt like I wouldn't die.

Q: Comparing Peyz of '23 to Peyz of '24?

Peyz : First of all, last year during the laning phase, I didn't understand many situations, so I was more passive. But this year, with more practice and matches, my understanding of situations has increased, and my confidence has grown. Therefore, I tried to make my laning phase style more aggressive. Although there are still shortcomings, I believe continued effort will lead to improvement.

Q: Regarding version 14.14, the mainstream opinion is that there aren't many changes?

Peyz : In the bot lane, it seems that the priority of champions hasn't changed much. Since version 14.13, it feels like once the first pick in the BP phase changes, the BP phase becomes difficult. And we haven't fully adapted to version 14.14 yet, so we need to think more carefully and reorganize the champion priorities.

Q: There is a trend of long-range AD champions going mid, what do you think?

Peyz : Actually, I don't have any special thoughts, but since Jihun plays long-range AD champions very well, it's pretty good.

Q: Is this version favorable for GEN?

Peyz : Yes, because Jinsik is also good at AP junglers, so it's pretty good.

Q: Preparations for the upcoming KDF match?

Peyz Although we are winning now, I think we could lose at any time. There is still some time left in the competition, so we will strengthen our training in the remaining time. I believe that as long as we are prepared, we can definitely win.
