Delight: I'm most grateful to Peanut; the support player team probably wouldn't be able to beat the mid-lane player team
The Korean media outlet, 'National Daily,' released a video interview with HLE.Delight player.
Q: What achievements do you aim for next year?
Delight: "I hope to achieve meaningful results in international tournaments. In the past, I displayed regrettable performances at international events and couldn't show my full potential. Even if we get eliminated, I want to showcase more."
Q: How is HLE?
Delight: "The facility is excellent. If you need to go somewhere like a convenience store, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk, but the facility here is so good that you wouldn't even think it's far from other amenities. There's a karaoke machine and a gym here, which is especially good."
Q: How about the cafeteria?
Delight: "Chovy and Morgan mentioned that HLE's food is really good. Karis gained weight suddenly after joining HLE, so I'm curious about how good the food here is to make everyone gain weight. I came alone to the facility a week before rejoining the team, thinking, 'Let's come in on Monday, I want to try and see why everyone praises the food here.' Once I tried it, I found it really tasty, homely, and the daily menu is diverse, very suitable for players. It was delicious today too."
Q: Any interesting stories with your teammates?
Delight: "During team-building, Viper and I drank a lot together, which was quite fun. It was almost just the two of us drinking, and I thought, 'This guy has an unexpected side,' and he was really cheerful and lively."
Q: Is there anything specific you'd like to convey through this interview?
Delight: "I want to express my gratitude to the players, coaching staff, company, and staff who worked with me this year, and I'm also very thankful to my fans for their continuous support."
Q: Who are you most thankful for this year?
Delight: "I'm most grateful to Peanut. Initially, I felt quite awkward and didn't talk much with Peyz. Peanut took both of us out for a meal and said, 'For us to win the championship, our team needs these aspects,' which had a positive impact on us as rookies. In-game, if he felt we were lacking, he'd immediately point it out forcefully, which motivated us. Each player receives feedback differently, and I thought that might be the case and accepted it. Outside the game, if any player had issues, like mindset problems, he'd promptly address them, which greatly helped us."
Q: If you participated in Line CK (5 top vs 5 jungle vs 5 mid vs 5 ADC vs 5 support), which position would you choose?
Delight: "I'd like to play jungle or top."
Q: Why?
Delight: "Apart from support, I mainly play jungle and top, so I'd like to compete against other players in matches."
Q: Which position team do you think the support team could at least beat?
Delight: "I find it difficult for the support team to beat the mid-lane team. We might win against the ADC, jungle, and top teams. If I join Line CK, I hope the support team wins. Even if it's not me, if other support players participate, I hope everyone displays their strength."
