
PGL Unveils Updated Dota 2 Tournament Schedule Through 2028
The esports tournament organizer PGL has announced an update to its Dota 2 competition schedule and confirmed event dates through the end of 2028. A total of 13 tournaments are planned, each featuring a prize pool of $1,000,000.
PGL Wallachia Season 5, originally scheduled for November, has been moved to June 18–29, 2025. The newly available dates have been assigned to Wallachia Season 6, which will take place from November 4 to 16. The organizer also confirmed the competitive season structure through 2028: three tournaments will be held in 2026, and in 2027 and 2028, there will be four each. This structure ensures schedule stability and expands the calendar for teams and viewers.
