Team Falcons captain spoke out about when the team could make replacements
Jingjun 'Sneyking' Wu said that the desire to play and develop together is important for Team Falcons Dota 2 roster members, and the team is going to think about replacements when one of the players stops showing the desire to work together.
The captain of Team Falcons shared his opinion on twitch .
“And if players are willing to work on problems together (and there will always be problems, the only question is what kind of problems - communication, willingness to work) - that's the most important thing. If someone doesn't want to do that, then you can think about whether they belong in this team or not. But if you believe in each other's skills, if you believe in the player's desire to work with you, that's the most important thing.”
At the same time, Jingjun 'Sneyking' Wu noted that replacing some players with others often does not solve, but only modifies the team's problems. The Team Falcons captain believes that you should only go for a substitute if you can't find any other way to solve the problem than removing a player from the roster.
“I think replacing players is just replacing one problem with another. Not necessarily replacing a player will solve the problem. The way I look at it is that you only have to change a player when you don't see a way to solve the problem in a way other than removing a particular player from the squad.”
