Heroic made history in Dota 2: what happened

Heroic became the first South American team in Dota 2 history to win an international tournament.

The team defeated Team Falcons 3:1 in the grand final of PGL Wallachia Season 2. While South American teams had previously reached the grand finals of prestigious tournaments in 2017 and 2019, they had never secured a victory until now.

Heroic impressed both viewers and analysts with their performance, especially considering they faced technical issues and lag during the match. Despite these challenges, they managed to equalize and then win against the tournament favorites.

Additionally, David "Parker" Flores, Heroic carry, was named the MVP of the championship for his outstanding gameplay. After his performance, many believe that he could potentially replace Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk as the best carry in the Dota 2 pro scene.
