“The main difference between high and low ratings is slow farming. At low ratings, players farm very slowly. They also fight for respect. They might fight just for the sake of it, not for an objective on the map or a farming zone. The key thing needed to climb from a low rating is to learn how to farm quickly, especially as a carry. Currently, the meta and map size are so large that you can comfortably farm even as a support”

Koma also added that this becomes more crucial for carries. However, with such meta and that huge map, you can easily farm even on support roles.
