Nigma Galaxy unexpectedly withdrew from participating in Elite League Season 2: what happened

  Nigma Galaxy  withdrew their application to participate in the qualifiers for Elite League Season 2. They will be replaced by Team Tea in the WEU qualifiers, as indicated by changes on the tournament's Liquipedia page.

There were no reasons given by Kuro “ Kuroky ” Salehi Takhasomi’s team for this decision.   Nigma Galaxy  could have withdrawn their application because they got invited to Snow Ruyi Invitational with a prize pool of $500,000. Both tournaments are scheduled around the same dates hence the team might have chosen either direct invite tournament.

This is backed up by the fact that   Nigma Galaxy  is listed as one of the teams participating in Snow Ruyi Invitational on Liquipedia. It is interesting to note that Kuroky ’s team during this event will face tough opponents like   Xtreme Gaming  and   Team Spirit .

Earlier on, former player from   Nigma Galaxy  - Daniel "Ghost" Chan Kok Hong announced his return into Dota 2 pro scene.
