James Banks: "G2 went to NAVI and tried to buy b1t "
In the new episode of the podcast "All About Counter-Strike," James Banks and Jonathan "Devilwalk" Lundberg discussed numerous topics. Among other things, James shared interesting information: the team G2 considered the possibility of buying out b1t from NAVI, to unite him with m0NESY .
G2 were interested in b1t
G2 approached NAVI with an offer to buy b1t to retain m0NESY , whom Falcons wanted to buy out for a large sum, but G2 refused this transfer. Reuniting m0NESY with b1t would bring them back to their NaVi Junior days, where the duo was incredible.
They are very close friends: at any tournament, you can see them together, even outside of team time. But, naturally, NAVI declined, saying, "he's our child, we raised him." Although jL is more talkative, it's b1t who is the face of the team, having been with the organization throughout the journey, winning both majors with them. Therefore, G2 couldn't acquire him.
