B8 dropped out of the Thunderpick World Championship 2024 qualifiers in a match against TSM

This defeat means that B8 will no longer participate in the tournament, while TSM continue to fight and will meet Young Ninjas in the next round.

Match review

The match consisted of three maps: Inferno, Ancient , and Mirage. B8 won only the first map (13-8), but lost on the next two (10-13 on Ancient and 9-13 on Mirage). TSM 's player,  Zyphon , was recognized as the MVP of the match, showing an outstanding game with 68 kills and a difference of 22 frags.

Highlights of the game

• Inferno: B8 started the match with a victory on this map, but despite the good play of cptkurtka023 and headtr1ck , who showed a stable result, the team was unable to keep the initiative on the following maps.
• Ancient : On this map, B8 failed to close the game, although npl showed one of his best performances. TSM seized the initiative and managed to turn the game in their favor.
• Mirage: The last map was decisive. Despite the efforts of all the B8 players, they lost with a score of 9-13, which determined the victory of TSM .

What's next for TSM ?

TSM will meet  Young Ninjas  in the next round of the playoffs. Their victory over B8 boosts the team's confidence, but they will need to show an even better game to move on in the tournament.

This match was an important test for both teams, and although B8 failed to continue in the tournament, their play on the first map showed that the team has the potential for success in the future.
