HEN1 Joins RED Canids : A New Era for Brazilian CS

The 29-year-old Brazilian AWPer joins the team after a brief period on the bench at Imperial , replacing Wesley "hardzao" Lopes, who was benched in late July.

HEN1 had been a free agent since June, following his benching from Imperial despite being one of their standout performers. His spot was filled by former  9z  sniper Santino "try" Rigal. However, HEN1 quickly found a new home with RED Canids , where he will continue to showcase his skills alongside another Brazilian veteran, Marcelo "coldzera" David. This marks the first time in HEN1's decade-long career that he will play alongside coldzera.

Role Transition

The decision to bring HEN1 into the fold is particularly interesting given that RED Canids already had an established AWPer, Gabriel "nython" Lino. It appears nython has transitioned away from the sniper role to accommodate HEN1.
