BC.Game secured the final place at Stake Pulse Beat III after defeating Sashi 2:1 in the Grand Final of the second open qualifier.

The victory sends Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev and company to the $80,000 LAN scheduled for October 12–17 in Stockholm.

BC.Game were forced to work through a difficult qualifier after failing during their first attempt.

BC.Game recover from early setbacks

The team had previously suffered a surprise defeat against Xcity, a side ranked No.325 in the Valve Regional Standings.

Their second qualifier run also nearly ended in the semifinals when phantom mounted a comeback attempt.

BC.Game survived that series before facing Sashi in the decisive match.

Sashi took the opening map, but BC.Game recovered to reverse-sweep the series 2:1 and secure qualification.

The result provides a much-needed LAN appearance after BC.Game also suffered early exits from both PGL Masters Bucharest open qualifiers and the IEM Beijing open qualifier.
