MIBR advanced to the FISSURE Playground 3 semifinals after sweeping Alliance 2:0 in the tournament's opening quarterfinal.

Alliance briefly held an early advantage on Inferno, but MIBR took control midway through the first half and won five consecutive defensive rounds to establish an 8:4 lead.
