Legacy opened their BLAST Open Porto 2026 campaign with a hard-fought 2:0 victory over FUT, taking Ancient 13-10 before closing Dust2 13-11.
Santino "try" Rigal led the way on the opening map, while Bruno "latto" Rebelatto delivered the decisive moments throughout the series, including an ace in the final round of Dust2 to secure the sweep.
Legacy 2:0 FUT
Legacy were pushed throughout Ancient but repeatedly found ways to recover from difficult situations.
try produced the strongest individual performance on the map, finishing with 26 kills and a 1.60 rating.
latto also played a crucial role in the closing stages, winning an important 1v2 clutch to help Legacy move ahead in the series.
latto shuts down FUT comeback
Legacy appeared set for a comfortable victory on Dust2 after racing to an 8-1 advantage.
FUT refused to collapse, however, fighting their way back into the map and eventually leveling the score at 11-11.
With the map threatening to slip away, latto produced the defining play of the series.
The Brazilian rifler eliminated the entire FUT attack with an ace in the final round of regulation, immediately ending the comeback and securing the map 13-11.
The victory sends Legacy deeper into the BLAST Open Porto upper bracket, where they will compete for a playoff spot.
