From EYEBALLERS to Alliance
Poiii's journey to the top began in the summer of 2024 when he joined EYEBALLERS under the guidance of the legendary Jesper “ JW ” Wecksell. At that time, JW called him "the next Swedish superstar" — and the prediction was not far from the truth.
In November 2025, he made a breakthrough by becoming a key element in Alliance 's victory in the Svenska Cupen 2025. The tournament in Stockholm was completed with a clean 3:0 score against Metizport, and poiii himself posted an impressive rating of 8.5, with a tournament average of 8.8 and 1.14 KPR.
100 Thieves Strategy
The plans for 100 Thieves at the start of winter 2025 have noticeably changed. Initially, the organization intended to assemble a ready core to immediately reach a stable level of play and secure invitations to key tournaments. However, according to several sources, the club now prefers a strategy of gradual growth — gathering strong individuals from different teams, similar to what Ninjas in Pyjamas did at the end of 2024.
This approach will allow 100 Thieves to flexibly build a roster to match the style of their new coach — four-time Major champion Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander, whose appointment was officially announced on Friday.
The 100 Thieves roster after the potential signing of poiii:
- Håvard "rain" Nygaard
- Alex “poiii” Nykholme Sundgren (rumored)
- Nicolai "device" Reedtz (rumored)
- Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander (head coach)
The potential transfer of poiii will not only strengthen 100 Thieves but also be significant for the entire Swedish scene. If the deal goes through, it will be another step towards reviving the Scandinavian CS school under the banners of international organizations.
