Vitality Earned $461K in BLAST's Frequent Flyer Programme with Six Tournaments and Two Titles

BLAST Premier has released the interim results of their Frequent Flyer Programme for the 2025 season, and the token leaderboard is already becoming a major storyline of the year.

At least $2 million of this prize will be distributed among the teams at the end of the season in proportion to the tokens earned, meaning every tournament participation and playoff directly translates into money.

How the Program Works

The Frequent Flyer Programme applies to three seasonal formats — BLAST Bounty, BLAST Open, and BLAST Rivals, which are held twice a year. Teams receive basic tokens based on the number of events (1 token for 4 tournaments, 2 for 5, 4 for 6) and additional tokens based on results: reaching the second week of Bounty or Open earns 1 token, and winning any of the three types of tournaments adds another 2. If a team declines an invite, they forfeit participation, a fixed payout, and reset all tokens for the year, with their share going into the general "frequent visitors" prize pool.

Current Token Holders

As of November 20, 2025, the token leaderboard is topped by  Team Vitality  with 12 tokens and an estimated share of $461,538 from the $2 million pool. Following them are  Team Spirit  with 11 tokens and approximately $423,077, and  G2 Esports  with 6 tokens and potential earnings of $230,769;  Mouz  and  FURIA Esports  share the next "tier" with 5 tokens each and about $192,308.

In the middle of the table are  Natus Vincere  and FaZe with 3 tokens and an equivalent of $115,385, as well as  Team Liquid ,  pain , and  Virtus.pro  with two tokens and roughly $76,923. FlyQuest rounds out the list of current recipients with one token and a share of about $38,462, while dozens of other teams have either not yet earned tokens or have completely burned them by declining invites.

BLAST management emphasizes that the new financial model aims to expand the list of truly funded clubs from the previous 12 partners to at least 32–40 teams per season and make their earnings more predictable. In this system, regular participation and consistent playoffs become a separate source of income, and decisions to decline tournaments now directly cost tens and even hundreds of thousands of dollars — making the token race the main hidden storyline of the BLAST 2025 season.
