Spirit becomes fifth team to win CS's three major tournaments
After their victory at IEM Cologne 2025, Team Spirit became only the fifth team to win all three major titles in Counter-Strike history — Major, IEM Katowice, and IEM Cologne. Previously, this elite list included only NAVI, FaZe Clan , Fnatic , and Vitality . Impressively, even the legendary Astralis never completed this collection.
Even more remarkable is that Spirit achieved this feat already in the CS2 era, accomplishing it in just a year and a half.
Team Spirit 's Three Major Titles
IEM Katowice 2024 — the beginning of Donk 's era
The first major title in CS2 for Spirit occurred at the legendary Spodek Arena. The team sensationally defeated FaZe in the final and secured the trophy, cementing their status as contenders for dominance. It was at this tournament that Danil “ Donk ” Kryshkovets was first recognized as the ESL podium MVP.
Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 — historic Major in China
In November 2024, the second Major tournament in CS2 history took place in Shanghai, and Spirit once again showcased their class. On their way to the trophy, they defeated NAVI, Mouz , and FaZe. Donk 's explosive form earned him the Major MVP title, setting a record in CS2 as the youngest MVP in Major history.
In August 2025, Spirit once again shone on the big stage — this time in Cologne. In the final against Mouz , they left no chance for their opponent, and Donk was once again at his best, securing another major victory and confirming the team's status.
