Ukraine's CS2 Team Advances to Playoffs at European Esports Championship 2025

The Ukrainian CS2 team, part of TNL , secured a victory over the Latvian team, part of hypewrld , in the winners' match of Group C at the European Esports Championship 2025. The match for a playoff spot concluded with a 2:1 scoreline across the maps: Dust2 (11:13), Nuke (13:3), and Mirage (13:8).

The MVP of the match was Artem “cairne” Mushinsky, who delivered impressive individual stats. He achieved 55 kills with 40 deaths, and his ADR was 99.2. 

As a result of this victory, the Ukrainian team won Group C and advanced to the playoffs, where their opponent is yet to be determined. The hypewrld lineup will play another match for a playoff spot against the winner of the Spain / Slovakia matchup.

The European Esports Championship 2025 is taking place from July 9 to July 13 in Pristina, Kosovo. The tournament's prize pool amounts to $29,456.
