The Cache map may soon be added to the CS2 competitive pool. Information about it was found in the game's files, and it was also confirmed by FMPONE, who has been working on the map for a long time.

What is known about the appearance of Cache
The first mention of Cache appeared last night, posted by a well-known CS2 and Valve content maker with the nickname Gabe Follower on his X account. He stated that after the nightly update that brought stickers and Pick'Em to the game, which you can read about in our article, the Cache map was also mentioned in the game files. It is included in the list of all maps available in the competition pool.

Later, this information was confirmed by FMPONE, the level designer who was responsible for the map and its updates. On his official X account, he thanked the players for choosing the map, thanked the first map author SalGarozzo for the opportunity to work with it, and thanked CounterStrike for making it what it is.
