
CS2 Receives Update with Bug Fixes
Valve has released a new update for Counter-Strike 2, focusing on bug fixes and game functionality improvements.
Key changes include fixing an issue with incorrect map searches in defusal groups, updating several community workshop maps, improving interface sounds, and enhancing client stability. Additionally, support has been added for running the game on Linux using SDL_VIDEODRIVER=wayland.

Fixed a bug where searching for maps in the Alpha defusal group led to Anubis, and the Delta defusal group led to Vertigo.
Jura: updated to the latest version from the community workshop (Patch Notes).
Grail: updated to the latest version from the community workshop (Patch Notes).
Brewery: updated to the latest version from the community workshop (Patch Notes).
Dogtown: updated to the latest version from the community workshop (Patch Notes).

Various interface sounds have been reworked.

Various crashes have been fixed, and overall client stability has been improved.
Issues with launching the game on Linux using SDL_VIDEODRIVER=wayland have been fixed.
As a reminder, in the previous Counter-Strike 2 update, a hotfix was implemented for bugs, a mission error was corrected, the Grail map was updated to the latest version, a bug where fire was visible through smoke was fixed, and interface sound errors and various crash fixes were addressed.
