Elimination matches at the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025: European Regional Qualifier — teams B8 and GamerLegion managed to keep their chances of reaching the major alive by securing crucial victories in the lower bracket: the Ukrainian team B8 snatched victory from PARIVISION in a hard-fought BO3 series, while GamerLegion decisively defeated 500.

B8 vs. PARIVISION
The first match was between B8 and PARIVISION . The clash proved to be a real test for both sides. On Dust II, PARIVISION confidently led the first half (8:4) and managed to close the map 13:11, despite comeback attempts from B8 . However, on Mirage, everything turned around — B8 set the pace from the first half, taking it with a convincing score and not allowing the opponent to challenge in the second — 13:7. Everything was decided on Ancient : the first half again went to B8 (8:4), but PARIVISION responded symmetrically, taking the game into overtime. There, nerves took over, and B8 won 4 out of 5 rounds — 16:13. The final victory was 2:1, advancing them further in the lower bracket.

GamerLegion vs. 500
Next was the match between GamerLegion and 500, which turned into a demonstration of total dominance. On Anubis, GL left no chance for the opponent — the first half ended 10:2, and they easily secured the remaining three rounds — 13:2. On Ancient , the scenario repeated: dominance again in the first half 10:2 and a quick conclusion — 13:2. The match ended with a confident 2:0 victory for GamerLegion , and the team 500 exits the tournament.
