BLAST Releases Participant List for BLAST Rivals Spring 2025

While CS2 fans are still processing the emotions after the BLAST Open Spring 2025, a new major event is already looming on the horizon — BLAST Rivals Spring 2025. From April 30 to May 4, eight of the world's best teams will gather in Copenhagen to compete for the championship title and a substantial prize pool.

Which Teams Qualified for BLAST Rivals
The tournament has assembled top rosters from around the globe, based on the VRS rankings as of March 3. Eight teams received their invitations as follows:

Global VRS Invites: Team Spirit , Vitality , Mouz , FaZe;
European Invite: Falcons (regional #5, global #6);
South American Invite: pain (regional #1, global #11);
Asian Invite: FlyQuest (regional #2, global #28);
North American Invite: Wildcard (regional #5, global #20).

Despite the hopes of NAVI fans, the team did not receive an invitation, as only one higher-ranked team, The MongolZ , declined, and the Ukrainian club needed at least four declines to secure an invite.

BLAST Rivals kicks off with a group stage using the GSL system (Best-of-3). The six strongest teams will advance to the playoffs, with the final being played in a Best-of-5 format to determine the undisputed champion. The total prize pool is $350,000, with the winner taking home $125,000.
