Champions 2026 collection generates more than $50 million for VCT teams
VCT teams have earned more than $50 million from sales of the Champions 2026 collection, according to interim figures announced by Riot Games during the world championship in Shanghai.
The milestone was reached less than a month into the collection’s sales period, with the final revenue-sharing total still to be determined.
Team share passes $50 million
Participating organisations receive 50% of the collection’s net revenue. The announced team allocation therefore indicates that total net revenue from the collection has exceeded $100 million.
The figure represents revenue sharing from cosmetic sales, separate from the $2.25 million Champions tournament prize pool.
Sales remain open
The collection, titled “Frag or Die,” includes Phantom and melee weapon skins alongside themed accessories. The complete bundle is priced at 6,640 VP.
Riot’s announcement provides an interim measure of the collection’s contribution to participating teams. With sales not yet concluded, the amount distributed to organisations can still increase before the final total is confirmed.
