T1 advanced through the lower bracket of VCT 2026: Pacific Stage 2 after defeating KIWOOM DRX 2:0.
The series remained competitive on Lotus, but T1 pulled away late before producing a much stronger second map on Abyss to complete the sweep.
T1 2:0 KIWOOM DRX
Lotus opened the series with a tightly contested battle.
KIWOOM DRX and T1 traded rounds throughout the first half before T1 found the stronger finish, securing a 13-10 victory.
The second map was considerably more decisive.
T1 built an 8-4 advantage in the opening half on Abyss and continued to control the game after the side switch, closing the map 13-7.
BuZz and Munchkin lead T1
BuZz delivered the strongest fragging performance across the series, finishing with 47 kills.
Munchkin also played a major role, recording 37 kills and producing consistently strong numbers across both maps.
The victory sends T1 into Lower Round 2, where they will face Gen.G.
