Paper Rex to Face Nongshim RedForce , Global Esports to Meet DRX in VCT 2026: Pacific Stage 2 Playoffs

The team seeding for the playoffs of VCT 2026: Pacific Stage 2 has been determined. In the first round of the upper bracket, Paper Rex will face Nongshim RedForce , while Global Esports will take on DRX . The final stage matches will commence on August 26.

Gen.G Esports and VARREL secured the top spots in their groups and advanced directly to the upper bracket semifinals. Gen.G Esports will play against the winner of the Paper Rex vs. Nongshim RedForce match, while VARREL will compete against the victor of the Global Esports vs. DRX game. ONSIDE GAMING and T1 will start in the lower bracket, where they will face the losers of the opening playoff matches.

VCT 2026: Pacific Stage 2 is taking place from July 16 to September 6 in South Korea. The final matches will be held from September 4-6 at the Sajik Indoor Gymnasium in Busan. The teams are competing for $250,000, Championship Points, and two direct slots at the VALORANT Champions 2026.
