
T1 defeats ZETA DIVISION at VCT 2025: Pacific Stage 2
T1 emerged stronger than ZETA DIVISION in the Omega group at VCT 2025: Pacific Stage 2. The match ended with a 2:0 scoreline — the first map, Corrode, finished 13:8, and the second map, Sunset , 13:6.
The best player of the match was Ham “iZu” Woo-joo, who delivered an outstanding performance on Yoru and Neon , racking up 37 kills and posting impressive stats with 177 ADR and 281 ACS. Statistically, this match was 24% better than his average performance over the last fifteen matches.
This marks T1 ’s second group stage victory out of three matches, while for ZETA DIVISION , it’s their third loss. One more defeat would eliminate ZETA DIVISION from playoff contention, while one more win for T1 would secure them at least a fourth-place finish and a playoff spot.
VCT 2025: Pacific Stage 2 runs from July 15 to August 31 in a LAN format. Twelve partnered teams from the Pacific region are competing for two direct spots at Valorant Champions 2025, Pacific Points, and a prize pool of $250,000.
