FURIA announced the departure of mwzera due to health reasons

FURIA Esports announced the temporary departure of player Leonardo "mwzera" Serrati from the main roster due to serious health issues. The team will soon announce who will take his place. The official statement was posted on the organization's social media.

Mwzera himself confirmed that he will miss VCT 2025: Americas Stage 1 for medical reasons. According to him, this is not a personal decision but a doctor's order. The player promised to provide more details as soon as he recovers and gets clearance to train.

FURIA will participate in VCT 2025: Americas Stage 1, which will take place from March 21 to May 4. The tournament will award three slots to VCT 2025: Masters Toronto, as well as 11 Americas ranking points. More information about the event can be found here.
