T1 Defeats Global Esports in VCT 2024 Pacific Stage 2

On June 30, the second day of the third week of the VCT 2024 Pacific Stage 2 tournament took place, where team  T1  secured a victory over  Global Esports  with a score of 2-1. The club's coach, Daeda, reported that T1 's captain,  xccurate , unexpectedly switched from English to Korean for team coordination.

GG, we defeated GE 2-1. Some rounds were the most chaotic and disorganized I've ever seen, but xccurate had only trained in Korean for 1.5 days. We are proud of his efforts and determination.

xccurate , originally from Indonesia, is believed to find it challenging to communicate in Korean. According to Daeda, the player had only trained in Korean for 1.5 days before the match.

Despite the difficulties associated with the captain's role and the need to coordinate the team,  xccurate  accepted the challenge and helped the team achieve victory, which sparked surprise and praise on social media.

Although  T1  has been eliminated from the second stage, the team will likely switch to communicating in Korean in the remaining matches in preparation for the next season.
