Leviatán qualify for VALORANT Champions 2024 in South Korea

In August of this year, Leviatán from VCT Americas 2024 secured their spot at VALORANT Champions 2024, set to take place in South Korea. The team successfully completed the group stage with 9 wins and 1 loss, earning 12 championship points and claiming the top spot.

In the 2024 season, Leviatán, bolstered by the acquisitions of players aspas from  LOUD ,  tex  from  The Guard , and  C0M  from  Evil Geniuses , showcased their skills at VCT Americas 2024 Kickoff, placing 7-9th, and reached 3rd place in Stage 1, securing their participation in Masters Shanghai. In the current Stage 2 phase, the team finished the group stage with a record of 4 wins and 0 losses, advancing to the playoffs.

VALORANT Champions 2024, organized by Riot Games, will take place from August 1 to 25, 2024, with a total prize pool of $2.25 million. This tournament will serve as the culmination of the season, crowning the champions of 2024. It will feature 16 teams representing four international leagues: USA, Europe, Pacific, and China.

Part of the group stage and initial playoffs will be held at COEX Artium, also used as the venue for VCT Pacific 2024, while the final three days, including the grand final, will be hosted at the INSPIRE Arena. As of now, eight teams, including Leviatán, have confirmed their participation.
