Myanmar sweep Indonesia to win Asian Games 2026 MLBB gold

Myanmar have won the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang gold medal at the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games after sweeping Indonesia 4–0 in the grand final.
The victory completed an unbeaten knockout-stage run for Myanmar and made the country the first Asian Games MLBB champion.
Indonesia took silver after a campaign that included victories over the Philippines and Mongolia.
Myanmar control the grand final
Myanmar took control from Game 1, securing the opening elimination and every Turtle before claiming the first Lord and converting their advantage into the opening victory.
Indonesia found more success early in Game 2, but Myanmar recovered during the mid game and eventually won 22–14 to double their series lead.
Myanmar continued to dominate in Game 3, using a Lord capture to take control before finishing the game 18–6.
Game 4 was more competitive, but Myanmar again pulled ahead during the mid game. A second Lord push ultimately allowed them to close the map and complete the 4–0 sweep.
Different paths to the final
Myanmar reached the gold-medal series after defeating Uzbekistan and Hong Kong during the group stage, Cambodia 2–1 in the quarterfinals and Malaysia 2–0 in the semifinals.
Indonesia recovered from an opening 0–2 defeat to Malaysia by beating Saudi Arabia 2–0 to progress from Group B.
They then eliminated the Philippines 2–1 in the quarterfinals before sweeping Mongolia 2–0 in the semifinals.
Myanmar's victory secured gold, while Indonesia finished the tournament with the silver medal.
