MLBB reveals S42 Starward Decade update for 10th anniversary

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang has revealed the first details of its upcoming S42 Starward Decade season, which will celebrate the game's 10th anniversary with revamped heroes, map changes, and several gameplay improvements.

The anniversary season is scheduled to begin on September 16 and will introduce eight revamped heroes. Masha, Clint, and Badang are among the characters confirmed to receive updates, with the changes set to affect their gameplay as part of the anniversary overhaul.

Sanctum Island receives major update

Sanctum Island will also receive a visual refresh for the new season, including upgraded visuals for both the map and the Lord.

Changes to several map elements are also planned, potentially introducing more tactical variety to matches as players adjust to the updated battlefield.

Alongside the hero and map changes, the developers are working on improvements to the game's controls and user interface, with the updates aimed at providing a smoother overall gameplay experience.

The developers have released a preliminary preview showcasing some of the changes coming with S42 Starward Decade ahead of the season's launch.

The update follows the recent release of patch 2.2.18 on the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang test server, which introduced balance adjustments to several heroes and reduced the amount of gold earned from certain jungle creeps.
