Khezcute Makes Changes to Coaching System at RRQ, Different from BTR
Khezcute is a new coach recruited by RRQ along with NMM as a team analyst for MPL ID S14. Previously, Khezcute was the coach of the Bigetron Alpha team especially in MPL ID S13.
Khezcute, who has been known as one of the most experienced coaches in the Indonesian esports scene, now has to adjust to a different culture in his new team.
Khezcute's move from Bigetron (BTR) to RRQ brought various changes, including in the coaching system implemented by the coach.
In an interview, Khezcute revealed the changes and differences he felt in carrying out his new role at RRQ.
Differences in Khezcute Coaching Systems in BTR and RRQ
In the world of esports, the role of a coach is very important in determining the success of a team. According to Khezcute, there is a striking difference between the coaching methods he applies in BTR and in RRQ.
" There is a difference, maybe here (RRQ) I discuss more, not telling. So whatever the opinions of my players are now, yes, I brainstorm together, see each other's POV so I understand better ," he said.
If in BTR he more often takes the role of giving direction, in RRQ he prefers to open a wider discussion space.
This approach allows each player to voice their opinions and all points of view, then discuss them in depth with a brainstorming session.
According to Khezcute, the new system is not only about finding the best solution, but also improving each player's understanding of the game from a broader perspective.
By involving all players in discussions, Khezcute hopes to build a more compact team, where every member feels involved in every strategic decision made.
This also gives players room to grow, as they are more active in the decision-making process, rather than simply following the instructions given.
This change in Khezcute's coaching method marks a step forward for RRQ in their efforts to continue competing in various Mobile Legends competitions.
