1. No longer competitive

This is a common problem, as we also know that the world of competitive esports itself continues to develop.

Moreover, there is pressure from sponsors and team supporters which makes this happen, especially if the results do not meet expectations then there will be an evaluation and reshuffling of the team.

2. Lots of Internal Problems

"Well, we often encounter this in big cities, especially esports teams in Indonesia, where most of the players are still young.

"So it's possible to deal with things related to feelings, for example problems like dating, or maybe problems in the family, with friends, that is also one of our considerations too," added AP.

This can happen because it can disrupt the continuity of a team as a whole, for example an argument with a partner that makes players not in the mood to practice.

3. Committing Violations

"Behavior that violates team regulations and also the laws that apply in our society. What does that mean? Yes, for example fighting, for example drugs, for example gambling, and so on," explained AP.

So, if a violation like this has been committed, especially if it is related to the law, usually the team immediately expels the player.

4. Requested by parents

"In my experience before RRQ, this happened quite often. So it had been quite a long time, so the parents were the ones who said A, B or C couldn't continue on the team anymore," concluded AP.

This can happen because usually the player's parents do not agree with the child's choice, or interfere with the player's usual education.
