Lyncas reportedly set for G2 Esports move and reunion with coach Pad

G2 Esports are reportedly preparing to sign Lyncas from Team Vitality for the 2027 LEC season, replacing SkewMond in the jungle.

According to Sheep Esports, the move would reunite Lyncas with Pad, who is separately reported to Be joining G2 Esports as strategic coach.

Neither organisation has officially announced the changes.

G2 Esports emerge from a Competitive market

Lyncas attracted interest from several LEC teams during the offseason, including GIANTX , Vitality, Team Heretics and Fnatic .

The Lithuanian jungler is approaching the end of his Vitality contract and, according to the report, intends to sign with G2 Esports Once free agency opens.

He would arrive after a season in which he earned third-team All-Pro recognition during LEC Spring.

SkewMond remains under contract

The proposed change follows a successful domestic campaign for SkewMond , who helped G2 Esports win all three LEC titles and received the Spring Finals MVP award.

G2 Esports nevertheless finished Worlds with a 1–3 Swiss record, prompting reports of changes ahead of 2027.
