Solary and T1 Esports Academy advanced to the grand final of the World Star Challengers Invitational after winning their respective semifinals on September 30.

The result sets up an EMEA-versus- Korea final after both teams survived the eight-team knockout bracket.

Solary continued their dominant tournament run with a clean 3:0 sweep of DN SOOPers Challengers.

The French side entered the semifinals after beating Movistar KOI Fénix in the quarterfinals and did not drop a game against their Korean opponents.

The victory sends Solary into the championship match with their unbeaten WSCI run intact.

T1 Esports Academy 3:1 Galions

T1 Esports Academy joined Solary in the final after defeating Galions 3:1.

Galions managed to take one game, but T1 Academy closed the series in four to secure the second grand-final berth.

The result eliminates Galions and guarantees a Korea -versus-EMEA matchup for the inaugural WSCI title.
