FURIA Jojo eyes international redemption after disappointing MSI

FURIA support Gabriel "Jojo" Dzelme says the team is determined to return to the international stage after a disappointing showing at MSI 2026.

FURIA defeated RED Canids 3:2 on September 26 to advance to the CBLOL lower-bracket final, keeping their title and Worlds hopes alive.

FURIA still searching for consistency

Jojo admitted the team made the series against RED harder than necessary, pointing to rushed decisions and mistakes that allowed their opponents back into several games.

He said FURIA have struggled to maintain their usual level under pressure and need to remain more focused and composed in important moments.

The support also addressed Tatu 's earlier suspension, saying the team had already moved past the situation and remained confident in the roster's ability to handle adversity together.

A possible final run for the roster

With several player contracts approaching their end, Jojo acknowledged that the team has joked internally about the possibility of this being a "Last Dance."

He stressed that the idea is being used more as motivation than confirmation that the roster will split, with the team focused on making the most of its remaining opportunities together.

FURIA will next face LOUD in the lower-bracket final.

Jojo said the team's immediate focus remains on winning the CBLOL title, but returning internationally carries additional motivation after FURIA failed to win a game at MSI.

He believes the roster is capable of competing against stronger international opposition and wants another opportunity to prove it.
